Return of products
If you regret your purchase you have a right to return the products within 30 days in the unbroken, unopened original package. The address for returning an article will be found on the invoice. All accepted returns will be credited to the card you have used for the purchase. For return of packages you will have to pay the return postage yourself. No freight costs will be paid back. If you do not pick up the products you have ordered, or if you have given us an insufficient address, and instead let the products be returned, or do not return them within 30 days, we will debit you a handling fee of USD 20.00.
