Running Program No. 2

I thought I would give you the second running program (from runner's world) for beginners so that you know how to continue after you’ve finished the 30 /30 program. The 10 week program will take you up to the next level!

The American College of Sports Medicine have established that 20 minutes running 3 or 4 times a week is sufficient to gain the most important effects a training program will give you, such as: reduced stress, weight loss, better cardio health, and increased muscle strength.

If you decide to run 3 times a week, you can for example run Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, or Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

And remember; you don’t have to run fast!
